My Montgomery County and Maryland State Fair entries in 2021 |

| Believe it or not, the County Fair has more entry classes than the State Fair! | |||||
$1600.00 "Lagniappe" table cover featuring shades of purple and a variegated white/gray thread. (Click on picture for a larger view.) This piece is over a yard across and took about 1.5 years to complete. The length of thread is 8 times the height of the Eiffel Tower. There are over 255,700 stitches in this piece. Designed by Mike Lyon. It earned a Best of Show in the Montgomery County Fair and 1st at State. I'm happy to send more pictures if you are interested in this item. |
